Shipping Policy

 You can trust that your order will be quickly processed and safely delivered.

We can ship products anywhere in the United States using the shipping method of your choice. When you place an order we will estimate delivery dates based upon the availability of your item(s), shipping method selected and your shipment’s destination.

Items in stock will typically ship out by the following business day from our warehouse in Traverse City, MI. Please Note: If you pay by echeck, the items will not ship until your payment has cleared. A "Business Day" for shipping purposes starts at 12:00am EST Monday - Friday. Please allow for potential shipping delays during peak holiday and sale periods.

Shipping Charges

For orders not eligible for Free Shipping, our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and shipping method selected, excluding applicable sales tax. You can get a shipping quote by entering your zip code in your Shopping Cart.

Free Shipping

For qualifying orders, free shipping methods are determined electronically by the warehouse. In most cases, orders will ship FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground or USPS Priority.  Please allow 7-10 days delivery for Free Shipping.  If your order is time-sensitive, please select one of our expedited shipping options during checkout.  Unfortunately we are no longer able to offer free shipping to AK or HI.

Shipping Times

Shipping times and shipping methods posted on our website are provided directly by the courier services (USPS and FedEx).  We will guarantee that your order will be shipped using the method you select, but we are not responsible for FedEx and USPS performance.   Should your packages be unreasonably delayed by the couriers, please contact them directly.  As a general rule, you can expect the following delivery times (in business days) once the packages leave our warehouse:

FedEx SmartPost - 3-7 days

FedEx Home Delivery - 3-5 days

FedEx Express Saver - 3 days

USPS Priority Express - 2 days

Cancelling Orders

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel orders once they are placed.  In order to fulfill our orders in a timely manner, our system uploads orders to our warehouse facility throughout the day and overnight.  Once an order enters the warehouse system, it cannot be cancelled.  

International Shipments

Unfortunately we are unable to ship internationally. For Canadian orders, please visit Falk’s Canadian Distributor’s Website. Please note, we only provide customer service for orders where the final destination is the United States. Any orders with an international destination are sold "as is" as we are unable to provide warranties or returns from outside of the United States. Our cookware is packaged for domestic shipping only and we are not responsible for damage that occurs during international shipments
